◉ Conference introduction
In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Yundi Behavior and Health Research Center ( here after as YDHR) as a host, joints together with its partner International Non-government Organizations ( INGOs) to host a forum, named “the The Belt and Road Experience Sharing Forum for International NGOs Public Welfare Projects in 2022”. The forum will take place by online Zoom on June 28, 2022. We intend to make this forum an interactive platform for in-depth dialogues and information exchanges for all participated organizations, and strength further cooperation. In this forum, we are excited to bring together 80 participants, experts and academics from almost 30 INGOs, working on a wide range of sectors including health, agriculture, poverty alleviation, education, and all the organizations have or will actively involved in the Belt and Road initiatives.
◉ Conference schedule list
The online forum will last 2 hours and will be facilitated in 3 different languages (Chinese, English and Myanmar).
We provide opportunity for every organization to give a no more than 5-minute oral speech or presentation with slides on the forum. The suggested topics include introduction about your organization and its achievements, the needs for cooperation. In order to make sure that all presenters participate the forum in order, please send the electronic version of your presentation to YDHR mail box ydngo@tom.com before June 24 for the storage, and if you need any translation assistance for your meeting materials, please feel free to contact us 3 days in advance.

All participants don’t need to pay any registration fee or any other fees. YDHR will bear all the conference related expenses. Please note that the forum agenda has not yet been settled, but will be available no later than June 25 when we have all registration information on hand.

◉ Information about YDHR
Yundi Behavior and Health Research Center(YDHR)was officially registered as a social organization in 2003 in the Kunming, Yunnan province China. YDHR is dedicated to work with the most vulnerable populations in communities, and provides them with supports to overcome challenges they are facing in the access to the basic medical, health and education needs, and advocates social equality and community development. YDHR has developed a stable and long-term cooperation with social organizations from South Asia and Southeast Asia countries. Till now, it has signed up cooperation agreements with 13 social organizations from Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, Cambodia, Bangladesh and other countries, and provided high quality services to a wide range of populations including women, children, and those populations at high risk of diseases infection. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, YDHR has conducted online meetings and training sessions 20 times with overseas nongovernmental organizations to share our experiences on the prevention and management of COVID-19 and non-communicable diseases, and provided medical supplies. YDHR is willing to build a bridge for cooperation, work with NGOs from different countries, and provide support promoting connectivity and people-to-people exchanges under the “Belt and Road” Initiative.
